Beautiful Coastal inspired Oceanfront condo with a warm seaside feel situated on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront property at Inn of the Sea Resort. Our fully equipped condo offers 1400 square feet of living space on 2 levels. We offer 2 Queen size bedrooms, 2 full 4-piece baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 balconies, and on-site laundry facility. The Main living area is located on the Top Floor and the second hotel style bedroom and bath are on the second floor. Our condo is surrounded by tall cedar trees and has breathtaking views of the Gulf Islands and the Stuart Channel. The Ocean and beach are just 20 steps away from our condo. Your will enjoy panoramic views from our large ocean-side heated pool and hot tub. The Hot Tub is heated and open all year round. The Pool will open on or around May 15th and close September 30th. The private dock offers seasonal boat moorage and is great for crabbing and fishing. Inn of the Sea is an ideal year round vacation getaway. The resort is beautifully landscaped with rose gardens and lush greenery. During your stay you may see playful Otters and Seals, Hummingbirds, Great Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, and maybe even Orcas swimming through the channel. Time can be spent beachcombing, checking out the starfish, kayaking, fishing and crabbing, or just lazing in and around the heated pool and hot tub. The property has a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court.

This beautiful Tuscancy home is nestled the heart of the Okanagan vacation paradise on the Okanagan Golf & Country Club. The 2 guest suites have private bathrooms and a private entrance to the guest quarters. The two guest suites are separated by the guest lounge area (with all the comforts of home) and kitchenette which has a full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Guests may enjoy a private patio and a putting green. Deluxe breakfasts can be served on the deck which overlooks both The Bear and The Quail golf courses, or be self catered in the guest kitchenette. 5 minutes from the Kelowna International Airport and University of BC/Okanagan. A short walk from downtown Nelson we are located on Kootenay Lake at the Prestige Marina. You can paddle right from our office. We have a convenient launching dock and paddles and life jackets are included with each rental. There is no more convenient place to get on the water!
