Little Straw Vineyards is a family-owned estate winery with vineyard plantings dating back to the late-60's. The majority of our wines are made from our estate-grown grapes. We offer an electric array of wine-related condiments, regional literature, and gift items to round out your visit. The Slamkas planted their vineyard in 1969 with the intention of selling grapes to large commercial wineries in the area. By 1996, the three Slamka sons had established their own beautiful winery overlooking the Okanagan lake in West Kelowna. The Sidhu family owners of Kalala Organic Estate Winery they took over ownership in 2021 and have kept the Slamkas legacy alive. They brought Organic farming to Little Straw's Vineyards which added organic certification as one another achievement in Legacy of Little Straw.

From May 15-August 15, Pacific Spirit Hostel is the perfect location for backpackers visiting Vancouver. Rooms are quiet and clean and, unlike other hostels, you only have one or two people to one of our private single or twin rooms. We can groom quickly and in both low and high snow conditions. Located 16km North of Williams Lake, off Highway 97 one km up Bull Mnt road we offer designated Dog trails, 3.5km of lit trails, until 10 p.m. nightly, an adventure park, terrain park, and a large stadium for hosting events. Our lodge is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, 3 accessible washrooms and a ski rental facility. We invite you to enjoy the great skiing nearby in 100 Mile and Quesnel and embrace a memorable skiing holiday in the Cariboo.
