Barriere is in central B.C., located 66 kilometres north of Kamloops. Primarily an agricultural town, Barriere is surrounded by beautiful lakes, trees, and wildlife.

We are a non profit arts organization that supports and celebrates artists living and working on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. By providing month exhibitions, artist feature opportunities, arts education to all ages, community events and projects we are are comprehensive arts organization. We fish Vancouver and Fraser River waters 365 days for salmon, trout and sturgeon. In business since 1994 STS is a well known and respected fishing guide operator. We fish both fresh & saltwater and also offer jet boat tours in the river. Come join us for an experience you soon wont forget.

All of our rooms have a full kitchen and a beautiful ocean view. Our suites all have undergone extensive renovation. In the upper suites you can sit on your private balcony overlooking the ocean and enjoy the cool sea breezes as you watch the cruise ships pass. The lower suites are walk on waterfront with sliding patio doors opening to our manicured lawn. You have your choice of bachelor, one bedroom or two bedroom suites. Every room has cable TV and high-speed internet access should you get tired of watching the wildlife on the beach or the spectacular sunsets. Unfortunately our accommodation is not suited for small children.

Outside access motel rooms on 2 floors. One bedrooms have Queen or King (xtra charge) Sealy posturepedic mattresses. Two bed rooms have xtra long doubles. Executive rooms with jetted tubs. All rooms have air-conditioning/heat, wireless internet, coffee, fridges, some with microwaves, cable, movies. Kitchenettes available (xtra charge).
