We are a little farm based in Lantzville (seven minutes north of Nanaimo) on beautiful Vancouver Island, British Columbia. We are Nanaimo area's family destination for fun! Stop by and visit the adorable miniature animals in our petting farm, and peruse the delightful home decor shop on site where you can pick up a t-shirt or a locally made soap! Pick up a farm-grown bee-friendly hanging basket, or bring a picnic lunch to enjoy outside. We offer birthday parties, workshops, and often host concerts. Tidy modern washrooms on site. Your hosts of the waterfront Tofino Swell Lodge are Betsy and Chris. They offer seven rooms, each named after a local species of salmon. Your stay comes complete with inviting common areas, fully equipped kitchen, picturesque gardens, a patio with BBQ and a hot tub looking into Clayoquot Sound. From the lodge Chris also operates Tofino Sports Fishing; join Chris on a fishing charter, scenic cruise or bird watching tour. Pets are welcome.
