Family Farm B&B is a hobby farm situated on a lovely 5 acres in the quiet town of Powell River, BC. In the presence of a host, guests can visit with various animals, including chickens, ducks, geese, cows, and goats. There are various free activities for adults and children (depending on season and availability), including goat-milking, cheesemaking, and vegetable gardening. Breakfast is included.

We are a small yoga studio, brick and mortar retail store, and stand up paddleboard rental shop! Come visit us for all of your yoga and outdoor needs!

We excel at providing private, customized tours and excursions for you, your family or small group. Corporate introductions, airport transfers and ski transfers to your ski resort are just some of the services we provide. We will provide you with a customized itinerary for your trip in Vancouver, Victoria, Whistler, or even further afield to Seattle or The Rocky Mountain National Parks. We want your time with us to be memorable, so we will help suggest to you activities, accommodations and dining options for your stay. 1 day, or multi-day trips with your personal guide are our specialities. We can provide services in English, Dutch, German, & French Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian and Russian are available upon request

Quiet, safe privately owned campground nestled in a nature setting by Westwood Lake. Fully and partial RV and tenting sites, as well as 10 self-contained cabins and a larger sized cottage are available. Fun for the whole family with boat rentals and a concession/store on site. Very close to Westwood Lake where there is great swimming, hiking, mountain bike trails and fishing. Close to all amenities including aquatic centre, ice rinks, bowling alley, golf course, shopping, pub and cafes, bus route. We are a 7 min. drive to the ferries. We are one of Nanaimo's best kept secrets.

The BC Wildlife Park is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue & rehabilitation of injured wildlife. Discover some of British Columbia's iconic wildlife and view nearly 200 animals and 65 animal species, including bears, elk, bobcats, arctic wolves, and cougars. The majority of the Parks animals are rescued, including Clover, the only Kermode Bear in human care in the world. Link River is a spectacular campsite located on the shores of Alice Lake and Link River. This campground offers amazing fishing, boating, swimming, and so much more. Open year-round, with paid bookings required from May to October while our caretaker is on-site. From October to April enjoy free camping on a first come, first serve basis. Please be aware that during this time, the park is user maintained. Link River campground has seen substantial updates and expansion recently, including the creation of several new group sites & pull-through sites. There are 2 sheltered BBQ areas, concrete boat ramp, beach, playground, horseshoe pits, axe throwing, Yardzee, and accessible washrooms. Propane firepits are available to rent (propane not included), and can be used during seasonal fire bans. There is no power, potable water, or sewer services. The Village of Port Alice is a short drive away and offers everything you could need including sani-station with potable water.
