We are a 100% certified organic cidery located on the beautiful Salt Spring Island. We bought our property in 2011 and became certified organic shortly after in 2013. Currently, the ingredients in the majority of our products are grown on property using our over 3,500 apple trees consisting of over 450 varieties. What we dont source from our orchard, we get from other farms on Salt Spring Island. We mainly focus on dry cider as we feel it best captures the complexity and taste of our apples, however with our incredible range of 16 ciders, we have something for everyone. If our ciders didnt catch your attention, the view from our tasting room and orchard sure will! We sit on over 3 acres of land with an unbelievable view of the water and mountains. European style sauna, including 1 large traditional sauna, an infrared and wet area for cool down or outdoor patio cool down. All private bookings receive a complimentary Aufguss (German infusion, wafting the scent and heat in the sauna). You can also book in for "The Banya Experience" which the Eastern-European, in-sauna tradition of brushing the body with birch or oak leaves at high heat. Must be experienced! The Lost Faucet also offers self-administered add-on foot soak, bamboo whisk and body scrub.

During the pandemic, the Sidney Street Market was transformed into the "Sidney Outdoor Markets". Its new location off Beacon Avenue, next to the Mary Winspear Centre, hosts two markets per week throughout the summer.
