Wya Point Resort is situated amongst old-growth forest and private, pristine beaches of the Yuu-thlu-ilth-aht (Ucluelet) First Nation peoples. Located on the rugged and remote west coast of Vancouver Island, we offer luxurious lodge accommodations, waterfront yurts and beachfront camping. We have nine timber lodges that were built to LEED Platinum standards using locally harvested red cedar. Each lodge is uniquely designed by a local carver and artist, and named for an animal of the Yuu-thlu-ilth-aht culture. The lodges come equipped with a full kitchenette, fireplace, bathroom, bedroom (1 or 2), cedar deck and chairs, and floor to ceiling windows that overlook Ucluth beach. Our beachfront yurts are open year-round and have private access to Wya beach. All come with a gas stove for heat, cedar deck and chairs, linens and basic kitchen essentials. While our yurts and lodges have daily housekeeping, guests are advised to bring their own potable drinking water and food.

For the adventurous we offer year round complimentary kayaks use (including a new 2 person kayak), standup paddle boards or a canoe which are found at our floating dock. If you want to just relax and enjoy the lake view while outside it simply doesn't get much better than from the lake level hot tub. During these Covid-19 times all breakfasts are served directly to your suite and all suites are fully sanitized between guests. All suites feature private entries and as the facility is quite spacious social distancing is not a problem. Free onsite parking and WIFI are included.
