Hastings House Country House Hotel is a boutique seaside resort, spa and gourmet restaurant on Salt Spring Island in British Columbia, Canada. The Sussex-style Manor House and eighteen unique guest rooms and suites, each with its own décor and history, are situated amid twenty-two acres of abundant gardens and grounds. All stays include a fresh cut flower bouquet from our gardens upon arrival, fresh house-made muffins delivered each morning, a full, made-to-order breakfast in the gourmet dining room from 8:00 to 10:00am, and complimentary shuttle service upon arrival and departure. Featuring a relaxed ambience with stunning views over Ganges Harbour, Manor Dining offers a superb culinary experience and an impressive wine list. Swiss Executive Chef Marcel Kauer never fails to delight the palate while also providing a feast for the eyes with his exquisite presentations.
