From May 15-August 15, Pacific Spirit Hostel is the perfect location for backpackers visiting Vancouver. We are a Vancouver Island Fishing Lodge located in Quatsino on the North West Coast. We target Chinook, Halibut, Ling Cod, Coho and Tuna. The Vagabond Lodge, is a boutique lodge located at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort Golden BC. All rooms are located on the upper level of this 3 story building. There is no elevator just so you are aware. The beautifully decorated rooms all have great views of the majestic Rocky Mountains. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with shower/tub enclosures and all bathrooms have heated floors. Vagabond Lodge does not have air conditioning but for the few days in the mountains where it may be considered hot by some standards, the windows all open to the fresh mountain air. A hearty and healthy breakfast featuring sourdough bread, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereals and more is complimentary. Lower level features a pool table, games area with all sorts of board games and access to sauna and outdoor hot tub.

Our cottages are some of the few remaining historic Union Steamship Company cottages, built in the 1920s, that have been carefully preserved to maintain their original character. The kitchens are fully equipped: with a coffee maker, microwave oven, cooking utensils, cutlery, china, glassware, dish soap and more. We provide linens, towels, firewood and a barbeque. All accommodations have a view of Snug Cove and are child and pet friendly.
