We only use the best fishing tackle available to maximize your experience. If you are looking for multi-day lodge trips we specialize in placing our guests in lodges in Bamfield and Barkley Sound. We offer trips customized to large corporate teams, as well as families with children. We plan to be around 20 years from now, not by becoming a large company but by creating a sustainable business within our community. For us part of that means making wines that always over deliver. HOW We spend all of our money on our wines, not our marketing. We eschew heavy bottles, advertising and fancy labels. In the winery we use old French Oak (not expensive) and have very little in the way of technology (still use basket presses). We are also not part of any marketing groups nor do we submit wines to award or trade shows - all of which cost money. Every penny we save goes toward the quality of our wines and to keeping their prices stable. We hope you enjoy.

The Sooke Region Museum & Visitor Centre is a community museum that explores the human and natural heritage of the region from Sooke to Port Renfrew. The museum also operates the local visitor information centre for the region. We have both exhibits in the main museum building and around the grounds. In the Summer we are open 7 days a week. In the off season we are closed Mondays and most Stat holidays. Starting the first Thursday in June, and running until first Thursday in September, we host a night market from 5pm to 8pm and museum stays open during this event.We also usually are closed over Christmas and the first week of January. The museum holds various special event during the year, has a gift shop with local arts & crafts, plus can do special meals for pre-booked tour groups.
