This Farmers' Market offers a unique experience with a permanent outdoor marketplace during the spring/summer including vendor booths, a food barn, a bandshell for local music and a miniature train that runs during the Sunday market. There's plenty of ready to eat food to keep you satisfied as you listen to live music, enjoy local craftspeople and relax around the stage or the children's sandbox. For a relaxing experience to help you get a good sense of what Powell River community feels like, join us from May-Sept on Saturdays from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and year round on Sundays from 12:30 pm - 2:30pm at 4365 McLeod Road. Sorcerer Lodge is a remote helicopter accessed backcountry lodge located in the Selkirk Mountains near Golden BC and on the border Glacier Nation Park. We offer ski touring, snowboarding and mountaineering packages both guided/catered or self service. The terrain is heavily glaciated and not recommended for beginners. A variety of tree skiing gets you outside on the worst weather days and open glades and glacier runs allow access to many peaks in the area.
