The Oceanfront Hotel is a pet friendly family owned business that has been run by us ( Robin and Ray ) for the last 30 years. It boasts panoramic sea views from the majority of our rooms. Guests can enjoy the sound of the ocean from their balconies and bring along their pets for the ultimate family getaway. This beachfront property is located 250 feet from Sointula ferry terminal. Your ferry fare includes the return trip and seniors travel free from Monday - Thursday. Cable TV, a microwave, coffee pot, tea kettle, and a mini fridge is standard in each brightly decorated room with use of a communal kitchen. Private kitchens and kitchenettes are also available in select rooms. Free wifi is offered in all areas. Whale-watching, sports fishing and crabbing charters are available, just ask us! Beach combing for sea-glass, hiking trails and kayaking opportunities are also available from our property! Come enjoy our small island lifestyle, and leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and at peace! Oh, and please drink the water! It's the best in the world! We offer both short and long term accommodations. While our pub is currently closed due to COVID, we have opened a new takeout window that is open for lunch and dinner from 11:30-1:30/5-8 every day! The Quatse River Campground is within a richly forested regional park, with trees hundreds of years old. 62 tenting or RV sites private and treed or riverside. We offer two B&B room options each with large corner garden view windows, a private Ensuite and hot breakfast. The Rose Room features early 1900 era double bed, side table, armoire and dresser. The Floral Room features Mission style queen bed, two side tables and dresser. The Ensuite has a large soaker tub and separate shower. The third option is a one bedroom self-catering suite with private entrance. The suite also has a queen sized sofa bed enabling four guests in total. A fold-up cot is available upon request.
