Boccalino is situated in Kootenay Bay, just 200 meters above the ferry landing. The motel consists of 4 sunny European-style rooms with one or two beds (double and/or queen), mini fridge, coffee maker, 32" flatscreen smart tv with Apple TV box, free wifi and a private bathroom with tub/shower and hairdryer. The surround deck is shared by all guests. Golf & Stay packages include one night accommodation, based on double occupancy, 18 holes of golf with power cart at Balfour golf course and a food voucher. Rocky Mountain Buffalo Ranch & Guest Cottage ~ Buffalo Tours. A working Buffalo & Guest Ranch. We offer educational buffalo tours daily May thru September. The owner, Leo Downey, does one tour every morning May 15th thru September, starting at 10:15 a.m. (Alberta Time )This includes the native fire making demonstration. We also offer year round accommodations in our fully furnished guest cottage and our peaceful cabin by the creek,, Wagon in the Woods and Buffalero's Bunkhouse in the Barn. Make yourself at home, see buffalo in their natural social order, learn about them first hand, wander the ranch and our pristine river frontage on the beautiful Blaeberry River.

We apologize but due to COVID and extenuating circumstances our E-bike rentals have been suspended indefinitely. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We do however, offer sales and service of our own line of E-bikes and a variety of e-scooters both online and from our storefront in Victoria. We hope to see you sometime soon!

We have an abundance of information including various maps of the area and beyond, accommodations, restaurants, attractions, tours, local events, tide guides, trail maps, transportation guides and schedules, and more!
