Manning Park Resort is a four season, family-friendly resort in the heart of the Cascade Mountains that offers year-round camping and accommodation; hiking, biking, canoeing and paddling; skiing/snowboarding; 64km of cross-country ski trails; snowshoeing; and an outdoor ice rink. It has full Resort amenities, including a variety of accommodations, restaurant, pub, swimming pool and recreational activities, all in a beautiful natural setting. The Resort is within E.C. Manning Provincial Park, which means there are incredible hiking trails, and multi-purpose trails for biking, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross- and back-country trails in the winter. In winter, our downhill ski and Nordic areas have a great progression for all levels, and we see consistently great conditions, due to our higher elevation and by virtue of being slightly more inland than the Coastal Mountains. We are about Fresh Air Experiences, and we like to think we have something for everyone!

A Taste of Victoria Food Tours is an award-winning 2-hour guided historic walking and food tour through Chinatown, Old Town, and the Inner Harbour of beautiful Victoria, B.C., Canada. Starting at the Phillips Brewing Tasting Room, guests will participate in 6 food tastings while learning the vibrant history of this beautiful city. As of Feb. 2025, we will be offering two new tours! Alleyways and Ales is a craft beer tour, and Vistas & Views is a three-course progressive-style food tour. They run Sat-Mon. Amaruq is based out of Victoria, BC, and offers guided motorcycle adventures spanning the entire length of Vancouver Island, as well as the Chilcotin Plateau and the Rockies. Our trips run anywhere from one to nine days, and our workshops are all one-day events focusing on either GPS Navigation on Motorcycles or Adventure Touring Skills. We cater to a variety of riding abilities & experience.

The North Island Wildlife Recovery Centre is located in a park-like setting with a peaceful rustic atmosphere. When visiting the centre you will be able to view eagles, several species of owls, falcons, hawks, ravens, and black bears. Rehabilitating eagles can be viewed through one way glass in the largest flight enclosure of its kind in Canada. The Centre's mandate is the rehabilitation of injured and orphaned native wildlife, with a focus on raptors and black bears. GUIDED TOURS: are available for groups of 15 or more. HOURS OF OPERATION: 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 7 days a week. ENTRANCE FEES: $15.00.00 adults, $6.00 children aged 3-12, plus applicable taxes.

Facilities: 7 small rustic campsites, hand water pump, pit toilets. Location: 6 km north of Oliver on Highway 97. Inkaneep Provincial Park is nestled in tall riverside cottonwoods in a residential area. This park offers wonderful bird watching opportunities. Park users should use caution when hiking around this park; poison ivy is abundant in this area. The park is conveniently located just outside of the town of Oliver. Open from the last weekend in June through Labour Day.
