We offer year round exceptional Stand Up Paddleboarding Experiences on southern Vancouver Island on the west coast of Canada. We are a mobile business and can help you with guided tours, lessons, events and rentals. We also sell boards, paddles and all the other gear you need to make your paddling experience safe and fun. Please book online or call/text/email to make an appointment of book a session. We are open year round from dawn to dusk and offer night paddles too. We often paddle with otters and seals while eagles soar overhead. SUP (stand up paddleboarding) is a great way to experience the beauty of Victoria and southern Vancouver Island. These week-long safaris by water are operated by expert guides and naturalists of this award-winning, locally owned ecotourism company. Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre: Come and explore our exciting Nordic ski trails in beautiful Golden, BC! We provide 33 km of groomed trails and a 4km snowshoe loop to enjoy. Whether youre a seasoned Nordic skier or its your first time on the trails, we have a variety of terrain to suit all abilities. These trails are maintained by the Golden Nordic Ski Club in agreement with Recreation Sites and Trails BC. Situated only 1km from the popular Kicking Horse Resort, Nordic skiing is a fun activity to add to your winter holiday bucket list. Situated in the Trail Riverfront Centre, the Trail Museum & Archives offers a glimpse into Trail's long history as a pioneer industrial town and sports haven. Feel free to contact staff in advance to ensure your group are able to visit together. While masks are not required, they are encouraged! The Trail Museum & Archives shares space with the Trail & District Public Library. Plentiful paid, on-street parking is available, with one free RV parking stall. We are also situated one block from the main public transit hub in downtown Trail. Feel free to contact staff in advance for any questions you may have.
