Coombs Country Campground & R.V. Park
Coombs Country Campground is a 34 acre RV park and campground located 5 minutes from both Parksville and Qualicum Beach on the way to Tofino. We are located next the Coombs Rodeo grounds and close to all the shops in Coombs. We have 100 fully and partially serviced and unserviced tent campsites, a pristine 2.5 acre lake, 12 acres of forest trails, heated pool and hot tub, general store, and a playground and arcade for the kids.
Sunny Shuswap B&B
The Sunny Shuswap B&B is located on the Trans Canada Highway in the BC Southern Interior in the cozy community of Chase. We are just a short 5-10 minute walk from Little Shuswap Lake, and back onto the 9-hole Sunshore Golf Course. Ideally located between Kamloops and Salmon Arm, this is the perfect place for a multi-night stopover or a quick one or two night getaway! Come and enjoy our beautiful, peaceful backyard with an outside eating area and BBQ and a full kitchen for those who wish to cook their own dinner. We also carry a variety of teaware ranging from locally handmade pieces, cast iron teapots, mugs and everything else you need to make the perfect cup of tea! Stop by before work and grab a cup of tea to-go or meet-up with friends at our tea bar. Don't forgot to also try one of our freshly baked Persian sweets!
Cheers Cowichan Tours
Cheers Cowichan is now operated by MyGo Tours and Transportation. We offer group wine and brew tours, year round to wineries and pubs in the Cowichan Valley. We specialize in winery and craft brewery tours, We pick up and drop off from all locations from Victoria to Parksville. Your group is the only group on your private tour. We have a 14 and an 18 passenger bus with driver and local tour guide. Private transport is also available for events: weddings, corporate, festivals, sports teams. Professional and personal service. Groups only. Fees are per busload, not per person. We visit 3-4 wineries or brew pubs and one restaurant. Always best to email us or call us so we can personalize your tour. Our spring and summer is exceptionally busy.
Qualicum Breeze Beach Resort

Kayaks and paddle board rentals are available to paddle along the tranquil beachfront on the east coast of Vancouver Island. Relax in our oceanfront hot tub while watching wildlife such as Bald eagles soaring and cruise ships passing by. We have a giant tide pool, which acts as a hands on aquarium for the kids to see the many species of marine life that gets caught up every tide changes. The Deep Bay Marine Field research station is near by that has live tanks, and tours that explains about the many species they will find. Qualicum Breeze Beach Resort is a short 5 minute walk from town where you will find grocery's, liquor store, bank. pharmacy. Also you can browse through the Salish Sea Art studio and the intriging gift shop. There is also a Pub, Legion and number of local restarants to visit. .Centrally located for day trips to many points of interest on Vancouver Island. Hike on trails through pristine local Provincial Parks like Cathederal Grove, Little Qualicum Falls, or Rathtrevor Provincial Park or explore the Horne Lake Caves. Numerous shops in Qualicum Beach or Coombs on the way to Parksville. Stop and enjoy Coombs Country Market where it is known for the goats on the roof, also notable is the delicious ice cream and culinary experience at Cuckoo's italian Restaurant. Book a round of golf at one of the sixteen golf courses within an hours drive. Or perhaps a day touring the winery's and brewery's that dot the Islands coast line. Extreme Mountain bike trails are found on Mt. Washington during the Summer, and is great skiing and snow boarding during the winter. Coquitlam Heritage Society operates Mackin House Museum. Mackin House is one of the last remaining Fraser Mill homes. Located on the corner of Brunette Avenue and Marmont Street, Mackin House has been a landmark and monument in the community since it was built in 1909. It continues to be an enduring symbol of Coquitlams rich history. Visit us for a historic tour, to see our rotating exhibits, or to attend one of the many workshops and events we offer!
