Powell River Farmers’ Market
This Farmers' Market offers a unique experience with a permanent outdoor marketplace during the spring/summer including vendor booths, a food barn, a bandshell for local music and a miniature train that runs during the Sunday market. You will find fresh, locally grown produce, meats and eggs as well as fresh baking and preserves. There's plenty of ready to eat food to keep you satisfied as you listen to live music, enjoy local craftspeople and relax around the stage or the children's sandbox. For a relaxing experience to help you get a good sense of what Powell River community feels like, join us from May-Sept on Saturdays from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and year round on Sundays from 12:30 pm - 2:30pm at 4365 McLeod Road. Plenty of parking available including 10 handicap spots close to the entrance.

Kilby Historic Site
Located at the confluence of the Harrison and Fraser Rivers, the Kilby Historic Site stands as the only reminder of the once thriving community of Harrison Mills. The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre is a three-story, 30,400-square foot award-winning cultural centre designed to blend the traditional Squamish Longhouse with the Lil'wat Istken. Huble Homestead Historic Site
Huble Homestead Historic Site is a turn of the century heritage attraction located north of Prince George, BC, on Lheidli T'enneh keyoh. This living history museum, open daily from Victoria Day to Labour Day, is located alongside the Fraser River and offers visitors a glimpse of settler life in northern British Columbia. The site is open daily to the public for tours, special events, lunch, and shopping in the General Store. Huble Homestead is 40 km north of Prince George, just off Hwy 97 on Mitchell Road. Admission is by donation.

Sasquatch Mountain Resort
Sasquatch Mountain Resort is a small ski resort located in the Douglas Ranges near Harrison Lake, British Columbia, Canada, between the towns of Mission and Agassiz. Average annual snowfall at Hemlock Valley is 30-35 ft more than most other areas in Canada. The vertical drop is 396 m (1,300 ft) from a summit elevation of 1,371 m (4,500 ft) to a base elevation of 975m (3,300 ft). The area comprises 121 hectares (300 acres) and has 36 runs, the longest of which is 1.4 miles (2.3 km). The area has four lifts - one quad chair, one triple chair, one double chair and a beginner carpet. The resort features night skiing and tubing as well as 13 kilometres of trails for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.
