Journey back in time at Ross Bay Villa Historic House Museum, a volunteer-led museum and restoration project located in Fairfield. On Thursdays and Fridays at 11AM and 1PM, or Saturdays at 2PM, walk down the path past heritage apple trees and beautiful gardens and step into one of only a few 1860s houses still standing in Victoria. From the bright and airy drawing room to the charming childrens bedroom, the house has been restored with extraordinary care to appear as it did when the Roscoe family called it home. All funds support the volunteer-based Ross Bay Villa Society, which owns and operates Ross Bay Villa. Drop in a little early for your Saturday tour for our Gift Shop In the Garden. A short walk from downtown Nelson we are located on Kootenay Lake at the Prestige Marina. You can paddle right from our office. We have a convenient launching dock and paddles and life jackets are included with each rental. There is no more convenient place to get on the water!

Beautiful Coastal inspired Oceanfront condo with a warm seaside feel situated on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront property at Inn of the Sea Resort. Our fully equipped condo offers 1400 square feet of living space on 2 levels. We offer 2 Queen size bedrooms, 2 full 4-piece baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 balconies, and on-site laundry facility. The Main living area is located on the Top Floor and the second hotel style bedroom and bath are on the second floor. Our condo is surrounded by tall cedar trees and has breathtaking views of the Gulf Islands and the Stuart Channel. The Ocean and beach are just 20 steps away from our condo. Your will enjoy panoramic views from our large ocean-side heated pool and hot tub. The Hot Tub is heated and open all year round. The Pool will open on or around May 15th and close September 30th. The private dock offers seasonal boat moorage and is great for crabbing and fishing. Inn of the Sea is an ideal year round vacation getaway. The resort is beautifully landscaped with rose gardens and lush greenery. During your stay you may see playful Otters and Seals, Hummingbirds, Great Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, and maybe even Orcas swimming through the channel. Time can be spent beachcombing, checking out the starfish, kayaking, fishing and crabbing, or just lazing in and around the heated pool and hot tub. The property has a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court.
