The Gold Panner Campground is family operated and located in the foothills of the Monashee mountains. Our campground is dog friendly. We kindly ask that you clean up after your dog and keep them on a leash at all times. Some of the amenities at the Gold Panner Campground are: a covered BBQ area, playground, museum, coin operated showers, flushing toilets, and multiple outhouses. Whether your camping in a tent, 5th wheel, truck camper, RV, camper van, car, truck, motor home, van, or travelling lite and need a chalet or cabin, we will have something for you. There are 3 beautiful Chalets that sleep 8-9 and 4 smaller cabins that sleep up to 6. FWA offers daily cat ski trips, guided fly fishing, ice fishing and wildlife tours. Fernie, BC, Canada is world renown for it's fly fishing.Dry fly action for cut throat and bull trout is second to none. Access the back country by snowcat to enjoy a day of cat skiing or boarding. The terrain ranges from ridges,to spectacular gladed meadows. With an elevation at over 7,150 ft / 2170 meters, you are sure to get some of the best snow conditions available!
