When not used as a Student Residence for Thompson Rivers University, the facility has many configurations of rooms and amenities ideal for extended stay/long term guests, leisure travelers, and religious groups as well. Our hotel-like accommodations are available to the public May August and include one, two and four bedroom suites, private kitchenette, lounges, yoga studio, gym facilities, multimedia room, business and banquet services, free parking, and more. We are a family owned and operated lakefront resort with lodging in modern, well-maintained cabins and RV park. We offer pontoon boat, aluminum boat with motor, kayak and canoe rentals. Each cabin and RV site has it's own assigned dock space. The fishing is great, Loon Lake has native rainbow trout only; it not stocked, but the fish are plentiful. Beautiful natural landscape with riparian shoreline. There is no beach, but enjoying a float, swimming off the end of the docks and jumping off a rented pontoon boat are very popular water activities on hot days. RV park has coin operated showers, bathrooms, firepits, free firewood and is pet friendly.
