Parwood is an 18 hole disc golf course located in Sparwood, BC. The course is rugged and is built on the side of a mountain. The course is made up of 18 Innova baskets with yellow metal bands. The course is located at the end of the old ski hill road (Sparwood Heights Drive), behind Sycamore Rd. Visit the Leisure Centre (367 Pine Ave) to get maps, discs, brochures and instructions.

Bavin Glassworks is a family owned and operated working Art Studio and Gallery specializing in Blown Glass. Established in 1988 by Pat Bavin, Bavin Glassworks continues to operate much the same way as it always has. People are welcome to view the glassblowers at work when they are in the studio, and then can view and purchase the wares made on site in the attached gallery.

This building is truly special. It is one of only a few commercial buildings in BC from this era with intact interior elements. The museum aslo contains information on Ainsworth's rich history in the region. Stepping into this store is truly like stepping back in time.
