Whitewater Lodge is a quiet, adult only, bed and breakfast tucked away in the forest on the edge of Golden, British Columbia. With views overlooking the Purcell Mountain Range and the little town itself, we think you'll get the feeling of, 'Wow, I never want to leave this place' (that's why we're still here - even though it wasn't our original plan). Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site is an authentic representation of a once thriving community of canneries, boat yards, and residences, along the scenic shores of the Fraser River. Tour the oldest shipyard buildings in British Columbia, as you experience a bygone time when fishing and boatbuilding were flourishing industries on the Fraser River. Many of the buildings date back to 1885 and tell the stories of the diverse community of residents and workers in the historic fishing village of Steveston. This year she has twins and I seen them for the first time romping through a field of daisies. Crazy lucky I feel to live here and enjoy these moments. Both cottages are now fully equipped with kitchenettes so you may have options to cook a light meal at home or for a special occasion please ask and I am happy to offer breakfast or late afternoon cheese plate served to you out in your hideaway.

We are just a 10-minute walk into Ganges Village where you'll find restaurants, groceries, shopping, the Saturday Market and Tuesday Farmer's Market, kayaking and live music. West Lake Campground is a family owned Campground in Prince George. We are so pleased to offer full service sites with 30amps, larger sites with sewer and water and guests that just want abit more privacy we offer some non serviced sites great for tents or trailers. Every site has a picnic table and a firepit available for your camping experience. We are only a 1 mile walk to West Lake Provincial Day Park.
