Founded in 2004, the Smith Family built Howling Bluff Estate Winery and vineyard from scratch on our farm on Three Mile Rd that is now part of the famous Naramata Bench wine region. We released our first vintage, the 2006 Sauvignon Blanc, in the spring of 2007. Four BC Lieutenant Governor awards, one Silver in the Decanter World Wine awards, one Red Wine of the Year award, and too many other accolades to count later, Howling Bluff is now focused on finding the best expression of our vineyard for our wines while making sure we create a legacy of a sustainable family winery that our children will continue with far into the future. From our solar panels to our biodynamic, organic and most importantly to us sustainable farming and winemaking practices, added to our efforts to buying local when possible to our most ambitious mission yet: to use, as much as possible, products that have the lowest possible footprint on our planet.

Shannon Lake Golf Club, playing among towering pines and moderate elevation changes, is a true test to golfers of all abilities. After golf, Courses Restaurant in the new clubhouse (2015) offers tasty pub fare selections. Shannon Lake is located in West Kelowna, a short distance from the Coquihalla Connector. If you are traveling from the Lower Mainland region for a Kelowna golf package, this is a great facility to visit at the beginning or end of your Kelowna golf vacation. Some exciting renovation projects were completed in 2018, as a number of tee decks were re-shaped and designed to improve your golf experience at Shannon Lake.

Our resort is accessible year round directly off of "The Fishing Highway 24", nestled within the heart of our "Beautiful BC" wilderness. Lac Des Roches Resort hosts and boasts the most activities and adventures in the area, with a view of the most photographed lake in British Columbia. Choose from a variety of our fully modern accommodations; whether one of our suites or a cozy lakefront log cabin, there will be nothing between you and the lake except your personal picnic table and bonfire pit. All units come equipped with hot and cold running water, electricity, 3 piece washroom with shower, bedding , towels, kitchen and cooking utensils at no extra charge. We are Pet Friendly. Situated on 47 acres and surrounded by crown land's finest forests, we have 6 campsites and 12 accommodation units; ample enough room to accommodate both large and small groups while maintaining a relaxed and comfortable environment/atmophere/ experience. Ideal for a family vacation and reunions, activities include: sand volleyball; badminton; bocce ball court; swimming; hiking; horseback riding and much more inlcuding a childrens' playground. Lac Des Roches is well known for its trophy Gerrard Rainbows up to 19 pounds and for its big burbots ( freshwater cod ); ice-fishing enthusiats can easily catch in the winter. Anglers from all over the world come to Lac Des Roches to enjoy fly fishing : massive mayfly and caddice ( Sedge ) hatchings make Lac Des Roches a paradise for fly fishermen. With over 100 pristine lakes within an hour's drive of Lac Des Roches, our resort houses a multitude of fish: rainbow trout; brook trout; kokanee; lake trout; making Lac Des Roches Resort the ideal fly-fishing and ice fishing destination. Our true Italian restaurant combines southern European hospitality with our expert northern Italian chefs. All our entrees are prepared fresh daily on the premises(repetitious). The original little blue ferries of Vancouver. Based on Granville Island, we have been serving locals and tourists alike since 1982. We provide year-round service to 9 stops along False Creek, from Kitsilano Beach to Science World.

A picturesque site telling the story of a Surrey family circa 1900. The farmhouse is open for free drop-in visits Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 4:30pm. The historic grounds are yours to explore during park hours.

The 100 Mile Nordics operate a groomed trail network for nordic skiing. Our lodge serves up hot soup and snacks daily. Rentals for skiing and snowshoeing are available. Night use is available until 10pm with the assistance of a timed lighting system. Payment at night is made in the honour box next to the lighting system.

Okanagan Crush Pad has developed a reputation as a leading producer of Okanagan organic wines. With founder Christine Coletta at the helm since 2010, the winery is committed to sustainability in all areas of its business, having recently joined International Wineries for Climate Action (IWCA) and setting an aggressive goal to reduce its carbon footprint annually. Chief winemaker Matt Dumayne offers four unique wine portfolios: Haywire, Narrative, Free Form and Bizou + Yukon, guaranteeing a wine for everyones taste and budget. The winery utilizes a host of fermenting and aging vessels: concrete tanks, amphorae, large format oak and stainless steel, all housed in a state-of-the-art facility that is a draw for wine enthusiasts. We became Vancouvers First Micro-Distillery back in 2013, when we started distilling our first spirits, all from a place of passion and a devotion for gin. Our skill for crafting noteworthy botanical blends for our spirits speaks for itself. Outfitted with our custom designed 300L copper pot still, we handcraft all our premium spirits in small-batches from our unique botanical blends that allow our spirits to speak for themselves.
