The Haida Gwaii Museum opened in 1976 and continues to build an international reputation for showcasing Haida historical and contemporary art, All-Island artists and an outstanding collection of objects, artifacts and scientific material culture. The Museum is committed to encouraging and facilitating creative dialogue and exploring a more holistic and critical view of the multiple and diverse ways of understanding Haida Gwaii home to one of the most prominent Northwest Coast First Nations cultures (Haida), and rich ecosystems in Canada.

The Westbank Museum and West Kelowna Visitor Centre is open. We are a community museum as well as a Visitor Information Centre. We strive to promote our community's history and to give visitors outstanding service! We are open daily 9 am to 4 pm from May Long Weekend to Labour Day Weekend.

We have 2 - 18 hole Golf Courses. Copper Point Golf Club and The Ridge at Copper Point. Copper Point Golf Club is our Championship Course and The Ridge is our Masters Style Course, full length holes with no Par 5's. Teaching Academy with practice range and licensed Clubhouse.

Fraserview Golf Course offers an old course feeling in a West Coast setting. Overlooking the Fraser River, this well-maintained, traditional-style course offers topographical changes along majestic, tree-lined fairways. The Prince George Farmers Market has been serving the Prince George Community since 1995. The Market runs YEAR-ROUND from 8:30-2 every Saturday. Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is a true, year-round adventure destination. In summer, RMR is home to the Pipe Mountain Coaster; North America's first Brandauer mountain coaster. This exhilarating ride features 1.4 kilometres of twists and turns all the while travelling at speeds of up to 42/kmph. The Resort also features a four-storey Aerial Adventure Park, a 9-hole Disc Golf course, sightseeing, and an extensive network of hiking and mountain biking trails. In the winter months, Revelstoke Mountain Resort receives 30-40 feet of annual snowfall, covering 1,263 hectares (3,121 acres) of alpine bowls, steeps, glades, and groomers with a descent of 1,713 vertical meters (5,620 feet) - the most in North America.
