We are a family style motel situated on Cortes Island, in beautiful British Columbia. Our motel offers ten comfortable and affordable rooms (most rooms have kitchenettes). We welcome families, pets, children, individuals with varying mobility and anyone who wants to experience our beautiful island community. We are situated centrally, close to all amenities and several of our island's most popular hiking trails, beaches & lakes. Picnic tables, BBQs, a campfire pit and hammock are all provided to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Located on peaceful Denman Island, Fillongley Provincial Park is a short 10-minute ferry crossing from Buckley Bay (located between Qualicum Beach and the town of Courtenay). Fillongley is a popular small campground. It has 10 oceanside, compact campsites. It is 80% reservable and reservations are strongly recommended due to the limited number of campsites available. This is the only provincial campground on Denman Island; campers may camp in the adjacent day-use parking lot overnight when the main campground is full (regular camping fees apply to overflow camping).
