We offer year round exceptional Stand Up Paddleboarding Experiences on southern Vancouver Island on the west coast of Canada. We are a mobile business and can help you with guided tours, lessons, events and rentals. We also sell boards, paddles and all the other gear you need to make your paddling experience safe and fun. We often paddle with otters and seals while eagles soar overhead. SUP (stand up paddleboarding) is a great way to experience the beauty of Victoria and southern Vancouver Island. Norm Hann Expeditions offers multi day standup paddleboard adventures to the Great Bear Rainforest, Belize and other destinations throughout British Columbia. We also offer custom wildlife and Spirit Bear viewing trip from the Gitga'at community of Hartley Bay.

Continuously occupied for over 4,300 years, Yuquot village became the capital for all 17 tribes of the Nootka Sound region. Known as the Birthplace of BC where first contact with European explorers and traders occurred 250 years ago. Attracted to the security of the harbour, it became known to explorers as Friendly Cove. As a result, Yuquot developed into an important centre of trade and diplomacy, and it was briefly the site of Spains only military establishment in present-day Canada.

Arrowsmith Golf & Country Club is a semi-private, executive length golf course located 10 minutes north of Qualicum Beach. We have 300 Members and welcome all public players to our course. Arrowsmith is challenging enough for experienced golfers, yet not intimidating for less experienced golfers. Queen Elizabeth Park Pitch & Putt offers beautiful views of the city, as well as an excellent way of enjoying the natural beauty of the park. This popular 18-hole golf course is surrounded by pretty blossoming trees. The 18 short, contoured par 3s (none over 110 yards) are set along a course where there are no hazards in play, making this a perfect course for those new to the game.
