Canyon Ridge Lodge is a beautiful timber frame lodge. There are three lovely bed and breakfast rooms which all have their own en-suite private bathrooms. The rooms share access to the guest lounge, a big garden, patio and hot tub. For longer stays there is the spacious Purcell Suite, a one-bedroom self-catered suite. All rooms have flatscreen tv's with a chromecast & cable, WiFi and complimentary toiletries.

For those who desire to have fun outdoor experiences in a relaxed island setting, Bowen Island Adventures is a learning-based adventure company that provides unique activities and programs that share the wonders Bowen Island and the natural world have to offer.

Easy access, situated on Dutch Lake in Clearwater, BC, scenic and quiet. Picnic tables, firewood, very clean, well maintained facilities, wireless internet, lakeside cabins & restaurant. Hiking, swimming, fishing, nearby whitewater rafting, golf courses and Wells Gray Park. Situated near Yellowhead Highway #5, approximately 1/2 way between Edmonton, AB and Vancouver, BC.

Welcome to the Avalon Inn, located in the heart of downtown Osoyoos, British Columbia. Just across the street from Tim Horton's, and a five minute walk away from the shores of Osoyoos Lake, this family owned motel can assure you a good night's rest. Although we are located just off Main Street / Highway 3, we offer one of the quietest accommodations in the community as each classically furnished room is soundproofed for your privacy and peace of mind.Here you have access to free Wi-Fi internet, cable TV with free movie channels, and a refrigerator and coffee maker in each room. We are within just two minutes of walking distance from a number of restaurants in the area - everything from casual to fine dining - though if you plan on creating your own home-cooked meals, we have fully equipped kitchen suites just for you. There are also barbecue facilities located in our lush courtyard, where you can lay back in the sun or relax under the shade of the maple trees while listening to birds chirping away cheerfully. Most of our rooms are pet-friendly, as long as you have non-shedding/non-allergenic pets! Rattlesnake Canyon Amusement Park is less than 3 km away, and the Osoyoos Golf & Country Club is a 5 minute drive from the motel. We don't have much of a lake-view of Osoyoos Lake from our balcony suites, although we do have good views of Peanut Lake which is quite close to the motel.

Your day will start with a scenic jet boat trip down Quesnel Lake to the Cariboo Mountains Park and into the wetlands of the Mitchell and Penfold Rivers. This eco system is as it has been for all time. Your senses will be rewarded with sights of Salmon swimming in the crystal clear river, beavers swimming with tree branches in their mouth. Rounding a bend in the river you can spot grizzly bears feeding on the returning salmon. Large Giant Ancient Cedar Forests surround you so you have the chance to hike in un-spoiled wilderness. This adventure can be extended for up to a week by staying at our out post cabin at the end of the North arm of Quesnel Lake. The river will be full of red sockeye salmon. You will need to bring a telephoto lens for those shots of a life time. You will see Grizzly cubs with thier mothers as well as big male grizzlies.

Leap in to Salmon's World at the Quatse Salmon Stewardship Centre! Explore, play and learn in our unique interpretive gallery featuring interactive exhibits and live aquaria. Take a guided tour of a working salmon hatchery and talk to knowledgeable staff about this amazing, iconic creature. Learn what makes wild salmon the lifeblood of the BC Coast. A visit to the Salmon Centre is a fun and educational experience for all ages!The Quatse Salmon Stewardship Centre, Quatse River Hatchery, and Quatse River Campground are operated by the Northern Vancouver Island Salmonid Enhancement Association. All proceeds fund salmon conservation efforts on Northern Vancouver Island.

Our Visitor Information Booth is located in the town of Hagensborg BC inside the Norwegian Heritage House Museum. We have local staff to help answer any questions. Our Visitor Information is open from July 2nd through the month of September. We offer up-to-date information on open trails and activities as well as information on local accommodations. Our cabins are clean, comfortable, cozy and quiet. They are nestled in the forest at the base of the Rocky Mountains just 15 minutes west of Golden, BC. All cabins have 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV with a dvd player. When it's time to put away your cell phones, lap tops, tablets, and tech toys, come and visit! You'll enjoy a "No Tech Getaway!"
