Becker's Lodge 2019, also known as Becker's Lodge Bowron Lake Adventures Resort, is located on beautiful Bowron Lake, BC, only 27 kms away from Wells, BC, and Barkerville, BC. We are an outfitter for the Bowron Lake Provincial Park canoe circuit and a destination resort lodge with cabins, camping, RV sites, canoes, kayaks, and paddling equipment. We are now under new ownership (as of mid-July, 2019) and we're open twelve months per year. We rent snowmobiles and sledding gear as well as snowshoes and have winter cabin accommodations as well. Our campsites (open during the summer) are now pet-friendly and we have a few cabins that are pet friendly as well.

The rare white pelican, bald eagles, loons and river otters are just some of the diverse species that you will find locally. A short, 2 hour drive down the famous Hill, or Freedom Highway, is the Bella Coola Valley and the Great Bear Rainforest. Don't forget your camera as you transition from pine plateau to coastal rainforest, as there will be many photo opportunities along the way including grizzly bears and snow capped mountains. Located in the historic community of Spences Bridge, Acacia Grove RV Park & Cabins is situated on a lush setting overlooking the famous Thompson River. Our well-appointed duplex and triplex cabins are self-contained with air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchens, two or three beds, and picnic tables. All the cabins have fantastic views of the roaring river. The RV Park is situated on a landscaped setting surrounded by beautiful trees to provide shade. We offer full hookup, pull thru and tenting sites, accommodating to everyones needs. For your convenience, free hot showers, flush toilets, and a laundromat is available for use. Also, a small convenience store, pay phones, game room, horseshoes, lawn bowling, volleyball and more are on-site. Our excellent location is ideal for sportsmen, families and nature lovers! Enjoy the Thompson River, famous for steelhead fishing, whitewater rafting and mountain sheep. In the world of heli-skiing, the northern Cariboo Mountains and the Canadian Rockies are legendary. Great Bear Lodge offers grizzly bear tours from May to October at a floating lodge in the Great Bear Rainforest. With no other operators in the river system and a maximum of 18 guests, people can feel truly immersed in nature. Tours start with a spectacular seaplane flight from Port Hardy on northern Vancouver Island, and include accommodation, wilderness-gourmet food and bear viewing.
