The Gold Panner Campground is family operated and located in the foothills of the Monashee mountains. Our campground is dog friendly. We kindly ask that you clean up after your dog and keep them on a leash at all times. Some of the amenities at the Gold Panner Campground are: a covered BBQ area, playground, museum, coin operated showers, flushing toilets, and multiple outhouses. Whether your camping in a tent, 5th wheel, truck camper, RV, camper van, car, truck, motor home, van, or travelling lite and need a chalet or cabin, we will have something for you. There are 3 beautiful Chalets that sleep 8-9 and 4 smaller cabins that sleep up to 6. Saturna is the least-developed of the main southern Gulf Islands. Almost half the island is protected as part of Gulf Islands National Park. The Saturna Lodge is all about the experience. The lodge is a character-filled property offering comfortable accommodations. It's a wonderful place to shed the stress of hectic urban lifestyles, whether by simple relaxation - in our garden, on our deck or soaking in the hot tub -- or through healthy Saturna exertion - hiking, biking, kayaking, birding, etc. Laura are pleased to announce the Saturna Lodge is closed for the 2018 season but will reopen May 1, 2019! The Mill House Restaurant will reopen the UBQ dinner service, to the public, May 1, 2019.
We offer two B&B room options each with large corner garden view windows, a private Ensuite and hot breakfast. The Rose Room features early 1900 era double bed, side table, armoire and dresser. The Floral Room features Mission style queen bed, two side tables and dresser. The Ensuite has a large soaker tub and separate shower. The third option is a one bedroom self-catering suite with private entrance. The suite also has a queen sized sofa bed enabling four guests in total. A fold-up cot is available upon request.
