Ecologically-minded whale watching and wildlife tours located in the beautiful seaside town of Sidney, British Columbia on Vancouver Island. We are located at the gateway to the magical Gulf Islands National Park Reserve among the Salt Spring archipelago, one of the most beautiful cruising grounds on the planet. We offer three-hour tours everyday from March-October, as well as private charters for a variety of functions. Our captain/naturalist guides are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the local wildlife and area, and love to share their knowledge. Amaruq is based out of Victoria, BC, and offers guided motorcycle adventures spanning the entire length of Vancouver Island, as well as the Chilcotin Plateau and the Rockies. Our trips run anywhere from one to nine days, and our workshops are all one-day events focusing on either GPS Navigation on Motorcycles or Adventure Touring Skills. We cater to a variety of riding abilities & experience.
