The Vagabond Lodge, is a boutique lodge located at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort Golden BC. All rooms are located on the upper level of this 3 story building. There is no elevator just so you are aware. The beautifully decorated rooms all have great views of the majestic Rocky Mountains. All bedrooms have private bathrooms with shower/tub enclosures and all bathrooms have heated floors. Vagabond Lodge does not have air conditioning but for the few days in the mountains where it may be considered hot by some standards, the windows all open to the fresh mountain air. A hearty and healthy breakfast featuring sourdough bread, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereals and more is complimentary. Lower level features a pool table, games area with all sorts of board games and access to sauna and outdoor hot tub.

The Loft is a newly renovated and updated spacious suite. It features a king sized bed with lux bedding and extra throw blankets to make the bed even more comfortable. The suite has a full bathroom with a claw foot tub for an authentic soaking experience! The kitchenette has a mini fridge, convection oven, hot plate, pots and pans, dishes, cups and utensils. We also have a coffee and tea station featuring Drumroasters Coffee (a locals favourite). One of our favourite features of the Loft is the private balcony. The balcony has views of the rolling hills behind the farm and provides the most tranquil surroundings to enjoy your morning coffee, evening glass of wine or local brew.

Cottonwood Cove RV Resort is situated on the shores of Shuswap Lake and has over 915 meters (3,000 feet) of waterfront and a secluded cove for campers to enjoy. Our on-site marina has a double ramp boat launch, and 40+ boat slips. Amenities include a rental shop with kayaks, canoes and standup paddleboards. We have free WiFi (upgraded to fiber optic cable in spring 2016), a laundromat, public showers and restrooms, community pavillion, dog beach and kids playground. During the day, there is also a pool and hot tub open. The resort is located adjacent to Roderick Haig-Brown Provincial Park and just 450 metres from the Adams River, famous for its annual salmon run. Our 170+ full service campsites have water, 50amp power, and sanitary hookup. The resort is open May 1st through late October, with a full time attendant onsite.

Want to soar like an eagle? Or knock an item off of your bucket list? Then come and visit us! We offer tandem flights for: Paragliding, Hang Gliding & Motorized Hang Gliding Trike. Tandem flights range in time from 8 minutes to over an hour, depending on the conditions. If you want to become a pilot yourself, we have qualified instructors to teach you how to paraglide or hang glide. The flight park has 2 launch sites and a 2000' grass runway and 2 smaller taxiways as well as a Pilot's Lounge, an outdoor covered deck where you can relax after your flight and watch others "commit acts of aviation"! We are open from late April to mid-October, weather permitting.
