About the Owner Crystal has been pursuing her passion in the bed and breakfast industry for 20 years. Born and raised in Europe, Crystal studied and received an economic degree and began work in hotel management. Her artistic side joined her love of the public when she opened Crystal's View Bed & Breakfast in 1996. An strong interest in interior decoration, culture, travel, cooking, and baking, harmonize well together and fulfill her dream of operating a small business specializing in warm hospitable service. Crystal's dedication to her guests and home reflect the passion she has for putting her heart into whatever she does.
Our bright and cozy guesthouse is located in the premium tourism district of Cow Bay. This colorful area is the tourist hub of the city, where Wildlife Tour companies, coffee shops, pub, restaurants, and boutique shopping will be found. We are only one block from the waterfront and ATLIN terminals, conveniently located near the Tourist information center, museums, and the Port Interpretive center/Tourist Information Center. While at Sointula Lodge, guests stay in one of our 12 guest rooms, which are either original Cedar cabins or small log cabins built with Vancouver Island Douglas Fir trees. All of our cabins are furnished to feel like a home away from home. Most rooms have two beds in each room and all cabins have a private bath.
