MacSailing is the sailing school at the Jericho Sailing Center in Vancouver. We offer introductory sailing lessons for children and adults. Our goal is to offer a complete sailing experience based upon excellent instruction and a safe environment, utilizing equipment appropriate for all ages in a fun and dynamic atmosphere. All of our coaches are Sail Canada (or equivalent) certified with water safety and first-aid training.

The Ferry Building Gallery is a public community gallery operated by the District of West Vancouver. Located at the center of the Ambleside Landing area in one of West Vancouvers oldest buildings, it serves as a hub for arts and culture. The gallery presents up to 18 exhibitions annually to more than 500 visitors each week. The mandate of the gallery is to support the development of emerging and established artists from the North Shore, the Sea-to-Sky Corridor and the Sunshine Coast. Want to soar like an eagle? Or knock an item off of your bucket list? Then come and visit us! We offer tandem flights for: Paragliding, Hang Gliding & Motorized Hang Gliding Trike. Tandem flights range in time from 8 minutes to over an hour, depending on the conditions. If you want to become a pilot yourself, we have qualified instructors to teach you how to paraglide or hang glide. The flight park has 2 launch sites and a 2000' grass runway and 2 smaller taxiways as well as a Pilot's Lounge, an outdoor covered deck where you can relax after your flight and watch others "commit acts of aviation"! We are open from late April to mid-October, weather permitting.
