The Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort is a four season destination featuring contemporary hotel guest rooms, patio views from the Yaqan Nukiy rooms, Ktunaxa Grill, Nasookin Room, and a well-stocked Retail/Gift Shop. Two waterfront cabins & a one-bedroom suite on a half acre property on the Ucluelet harbour waterfront. Each unit sleeps 2 with a Queen bed. The cabins have kitchenettes & a deck with BBQ & 2-person Jacuzzi soaker tub. The suite has a full kitchen, a deck with BBQ & exclusive use of a hot tub. Breakfast supplies are provided in each unit, and all 3 units are pet-friendly. Our beach is perfect to launch a kayak or canoe. Lots of wildlife including deer, racoons, sea lions, river otters & Bald eagles; a Blue Heron frequents the rocks off our beach regularly. A few times a year a group of transient Orcas come into the harbor & swim right past our property!

Whales and Wildlife tours! We offer scheduled Whale Watching Adventures and Wildlife tours from May through October. Can't find you're looking for? We offer "Build your own Adventure" tours for those seeking a unique marine adventure. Small group sizes, ideal for families with small children... We are kid friendly! Our vessels are heated, covered high speed cabin cruisers, with an onboard washrooms, to keep you warm and dry on those WET COAST days! The Nelson Museum, Archives & Gallery is a multi-faceted organization with a history museum exhibition, regional archives, two contemporary gallery spaces and a fabulous gift shop. The history museum features an introduction to the Sinixt and Ktunaxa nations, culture and perspectives, the history of European exploration and the challenges of trade and travel routes, and how various industries such mining, transportation, hydroelectricity affected the area and the creation of the Queen City.
