The Discovery Passage Aquarium offers fun and unique hands-on educational experiences for people of all ages. Come to see, touch and feel our incredible local marine species and habitats and discover the diverse marine life of Discovery Passage and Islands. The Aquarium is open from spring until fall each year. Specimens from representative local species are collected from the marine environment in the spring and returned to the area of collection at the end of the season.

Brackendale Art Gallery, Home of the Brackendale Winter Eagle Festival and Count. Located one scenic hour north of Vancouver or 40 minutes south of Whistler, Brackendale Art Gallery is a center for the arts in the Squamish Valley. The Gallery offers licensed food service, gallery exhibits, concerts, live theatre, workshops and facilities for meetings and celebrations. The Brackendale Art Gallery Theatre Teahouse was established in 1970 as a community cultural centre to foster and further appreciation of local, BC and Canadian visual and performing art and artists. The Gallery is also a focus for environmental awareness and conservation and a meeting place for community groups.

The Okanagan Science Centre is a non-profit charity that is community driven. We offer hands-on, interactive science exhibits for children & adults, science camps, birthday parties, and events! Join a local guide for a uniquely Canadian experience on one of the mountain lakes surrounding Sun Peaks. Try your hand at catching a few of the hard-fighting wild Rainbow Trout through the ice.
