We are located within a 5 to 10 minute walk of Shawnigan Lake School, Mason's Beach, Shawnigan Lake Village and an old train railway that leads to the Government Wharf Beach and Old Mill Park Beach. The guesthouse is nestled amidst trees and shrubs providing a natural country atmosphere. Wildlife, especially deer are often seen on the property. Our rooms and suite each have a private entrance with a balcony or patio and a sitting area in the spring and summer months to enjoy.

Oceanside Village is a convenient Parksville resort situated on a beautiful 15 acre property offering various styles/sizes of new cottages sleeping from 1-8 persons in Parksville's resort area. Each cottage boasts all the comforts of home, coming fully equipped with 6 appliances, 2-3 TV's, DVD players, large open concept rooms with vaulted ceilings and field stone fireplaces. Townhouse Quads and Private Residence rooms are available mid-May to mid-August. The Simon Hotel offers 14 rooms total, 11 with a queen bed (Queen Suite) and 3 with a queen bed and a pull out sofa couch (Queen with Sofa Suite). Parking is included in the room rate for the Simon Hotel. Simon Hotel suites include free WIFI, a mini fridge,Keurig coffee and tea brewing system, HDTV, & more.
