WESTERN HOSPITALITY ON A GUEST RANCH AT THE ENTRANCE TO BEAUTIFUL WELLS GRAY PARK Despite the rapid growth of its urban centers, much of Western Canada is still untamed frontier. One of those areas is the Wells Gray Park, 5200 sq. kilometer of protected wilderness in Central British Columbia. Bounded on the north and east by the Cariboo Mountains, and on the west by an upland plateau, the Wells Gray Park encompasses a broad spectrum of mountain scenery. The area is abundant in flora and fauna. Caribou, moose, black bear, beaver and wolf freely roam the park, and local streams are well stocked with trout. Horseback riding, fishing, mountain biking, river rafting, hiking and canoeing into the local wilderness are all part of the ranch's daily summer routine. Your skilled guide will lead you to adventures on remote mountains, valleys and lakes in a setting as spectacular as it is challenging. COVID-19-update: The Wells Gray Guest Ranch will open June 1st, 2020 with limited capacity,. We are continuing to welcome guests who are able to make the journey. We adhere to the highest cleaning standards possible and have also implemented additional measures in the face of COVID-19 to ensure that our guests feel a sense of security when staying with us. Shuswap Marina is a family operated business located in the interior of Beautiful British Columbia on Shuswap Lake. You can find us across from Copper Island. We offer year round moorage & cover winter storage, seasonal & temporary moorage, trailer storage and mini storage. At Shuswap Marina you will find a FULL Service Department ready and able to repair all makes and models of boat and motor from stem to stern! We also offer a boat towing service on the water to get you home when things go wrong! We rent boats, stand up paddle boards, kayaks & a wide selection of water toys. At our Marina you will also find a summer store with everything you need to enjoy our beautiful lake, a full line of boat and fishing accessories and off course ICE CREAM! Please be aware that we are a pet friendly facility., so please never leave your pets in the car while you are visiting our Marina. We are proud of our level of service and we will make sure you enjoy your stay in Blind Bay.

The West Coast Railway Association presents the story of how the railways were a catalyst in the creation of Western Canadian communities and their economies. This is done primarily at the Railway Museum of British Columbia (formerly the West Coast Railway Heritage Park) in Squamish, BC, where the collection of 95 heritage railway locomotives and cars are exhibited in a typical small community setting. WCRA also operates the Locomotive 374 Pavilion in Vancouver.

Moose Travel Network is an adventure tour and transportation network for 18 to 39 year old (and young at heart!) budget travellers in Western Canada.
