Swiss Lodge B&B is offering a beautiful lake & mountain view in a quiet, private area surrounded by 30 acres. We are located uptown only minutes from downtown Salmon Arm and the Shuswap Lake. Very quiet and peaceful area. There are many parking spots on our property. Very safe place. Generous inside-& /outside common area. All Suites with separate entrance & private washroom/Shower. Great half way stop between Vancouver-Calgary. Our guest says - the perfect place to stay longer. The B&B Suites are all on the ground floor! 100 % Wheelchair accessible. The building was designed as a B&B from the owner. The large half covered Patio invites you to relax & enjoy the peaceful scenery. It's set up with tables/chairs & umbrellas, especially for our guests. Ideal place for family reunions/anniversaries & weddings. We are running a hobby farm as well. 3 Horses, 1 Mule, 4 Goats, 2 Sheep, a few Chickens. There are many activities close by!

Whispering Spruce is a beautifully treed and shaded campground with many desirable features such as free wifi, childrens playground and firepits at each site. We are in the heart of Kicking Horse Country and are conveniently located a short distance to the east of Golden on the Trans Canada highway.

If you want to know about area then the Qualicum Beach Visitor Information Centre is the place to visit! Our friendly staff will help you with any questions you may have, and will provide you with great resources! We have an abundance of information including various maps of the area and beyond, accommodations, restaurants, attractions, tours, local events, tide guides, trail maps, transportation guides and schedules, and more!

Rooms at Retasket Lodge & RV Park offer a flat screen TV, a refrigerator, and air conditioning providing exceptional comfort and convenience, and guests can go online with free wifi If you are driving to Retasket Lodge & RV Park, free parking is available. We also have a Deluxe room with a recliner and 65" TV and a King room also with a 65" TV and a King bed. Several pet rooms are available depending on availablility. A $25.00 pet fee will be charged. A BBQ patio is also available for guest use.

Mushroom and plant foraging tours, crab-catch & cook trips and pop-up restaurants. Our tours are guided by local Vancouver chefs, sommeliers, fishers and foragers.

CRIS adaptive is focused on #breakingdownbarriers and providing outdoor recreation opportunities for people of ALL abilities. We offer hiking, cycling, paddling, snowshoeing, and xc-skiing adventures and programs.

Closed (for now). As a sole operator business, I've had to step back from running tours while focusing full-time on protecting endangered old-growth forests in BC. Once these irreplaceable forests are safe, I look forward to once again touring people through the towering trees. Thank you to everyone who joined a trip over the years. Historically, Island Mountain Arts has sought to provide opportunities for the exhibition of professional artists in northern BC, for the benefit of both artists and northern communities. Relative to major urban centres, there have been minimal venues for exhibitions in the north, resulting in limited access to cultural activities for residents of small, isolated, or northern communities. Prior to 1988, Island Mountain Arts occasionally produced professional exhibitions by partnering with venues in Wells such as the Wells-Barkerville School, the Community Hall and the Wells Hotel, to exhibit artwork. With the restoration of the Hill Meat Market building in 1988 and creation of a public gallery, IMA was at last able to provide a secure professional venue for exhibits in Wells.
