The Tumbler Ridge Museum is home to the Dinosaur Discovery Gallery and the Peace Region Paleontology Research Centre. The central display features a full-scale re-creation of a 100 million-year-old dinosaur track environment, with additional displays on dinosaur and other vertebrate tracks and traces, which make up the vast majority of the terrestrial vertebrate record of western Canada. The interactive theatre provides several presentation options for visitors to view and learn about the pre-history of the Peace Region of British Columbia. During the summer the Gallery offers Trackway Tours, Day Camps for kids ages 7 13, and Drop in programs for kids and families of all ages. The Tumbler Ridge Human History Gallery is housed in the Community Centre with free access during regular Centre hours.

Only 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver, allow 2 - 3 hours for your visit to Vancouver's iconic Capilano Suspension Bridge, hanging 450 feet (137m) across and 230 feet (70m) above Capilano River. The park offers more than just the bridge. Its surrounding 27 acres celebrate nature, history and culture in unique and thrilling ways. Cliffwalk hangs for 213m (700ft) and reaches 91m (300ft) high, hugging the granite cliffside and offering a panoramic view of the thriving rainforest and canyon far below. On Treetops Adventure walk from one magnificent old growth Douglas-fir to another on a series of seven elevated suspension bridges, reaching as high as 110 feet (33m), for a squirrel's eye view of the forest. The Honeymoon Bay Lodge & Retreat is a Christian Not-For-Profit Retreat Centre. The Retreat is a ministry of Youth For Christ Canada, an organization that ministers to at risk youth across Canada. The Retreat will be used in the training and care of Youth For Christ leaders. The location is nestled in the beautiful Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Our mandate is to provide a place for rest, renewal and growth. When the Retreat is not in use by Youth For Christ staff it will be available as a restorative setting ideal for personal and group retreats, workshops, conferences requiring accommodation as well as for individuals seeking a place for personal renewal and restoration. The Honeymoon Bay Lodge & Retreat is wheelchair accessible and has 17 beautifully appointed suites, full dining experience and versatile meeting spaces.
