Vancouver DeTours Vancouver DeTours is a new project from the acclaimed Tour Guys collective of walking tour guides. Take a deep dive into the multilayered history and spaces of the city by going off-course from the standard paths and stories. A detour is an indirect route or digression, but to DeTour is also to un-know and reimagine Vancouver in critical new ways.

We have four-1100 sq foot suites with central air, full kitchen, gas bbq, mountain views. Each suite contains 1 king bedroom & 2 queen bedrooms. All this situated on an organic farm.

Our drop-in tour hours are from 1-4 PM Monday-Friday. Trethewey House Heritage Site is operated by Heritage Abbotsford Society, a registered non-profit. Our mission is to collect, record, preserve and share the stories of Abbotsford. We offer a range of programs and experiences including site tours, exhibits, historical Abbotsford walking tours, and more - all by donation. The Heritage Site consists of Trethewey House, Joey's Playhouse, the Upper Sumas Train Station, a Heritage Gallery, and the Sylvia Pincott Heritage Habitat Garden. Trethewey House was built in 1919-1920 by Joseph Ogle "J.O." Trethewey. As President of the Abbotsford Lumber Company, J.O. was responsible for leadership of the company during the company's boom years in the 1920s. The House is built in the local Craftsman style and was constructed using primarily local materials, making it distinct from other buildings of similar age within the City of Abbotsford.

Backyard Vineyards is nestled in the lush countryside of south Langley, less than an hour's drive from Vancouver. It all started back in 1924 with a vision to create a course that would stand the test of time. A balance of risk reward weaving its way through some of the finest scenery in the Monashee and Selkirk Mountains. This classic layout sits on the site of an old equestrian racetrack. In fact, the one-of-a-kind clubhouse (circa 1911), served as HQ for the races and now is a magnificent setting to reflect on a great day of golf. PAR 72 6,537 yards from the Tips, Full Range, 3 practice greens and practice bunker. 4 sets of tees for players of all abilities.

Bootleg Gap Golf, located in Kimberley British Columbia, is truly a complete golf facility. With 27 outstanding holes, and a stunning location along the St. Mary River. The Championship course at Bootleg Gap is highlighted with the 12th, a dramatic par-3 that swoops down into the hoodoo-lined hillside and is one of the most scenic par-3s in the region. For variety try the Recreational 9; it's a hybrid and fun for every level of player.

We at Redwoods Golf Course pride ourselves on making sure that each guest to our facility has a memorable experience. Each round is enhanced by the warmth and country charm of our surroundings coupled with an uncompromised layout. Our course entails 18 holes of golf, each enveloped by tree lined fairways on a split level property which allows golfers to play on two stages, all with the magnificent backdrop of the coastal mountains. The Redwoods team is committed to the preservation and continued enhancement of the environment. Great care and attention has been taken in creating a course that harmonizes with the natural surroundings. The Redwoods is a challenging and pleasurable golf experience for all.
