The South Cariboo Visitor Centre is a charming log building and home of the unofficial "World's Largest X-Country Skis". Located along the 100 Mile Marsh, it's a great stop for a picnic and bird watching. For your convenience, restrooms, wireless internet, fenced picnic area and tons of information are available to you! Ask a knowledgeable and friendly Visitor Information Counsellor for assistance with local or provincial information and you won't be disappointed! Also enjoy a lovely selection of unique souvenirs and books for sale. We are OPEN year round so stop on by!

Mount Timothy Recreation Resort is an affordable family friendly ski hill located in the South Cariboo region of British Columbia. The hill offers a triple chair, t-bar and two magic carpet lifts, with 35 runs ranging from intermediate to beginner terrain. Plan to stay the weekend in our newly constructed log cabins, ski off your deck down to the chair lift. With a full service pro shop for all your ski and rental needs. We are a Non-profit Society preserving the history of the area that shows what life was like back in the Gold Rush days. The 108 Heritage Site has buildings on site going as far back as 1880. The buildings are opened everyday from May long weekend so people can see some of the great artifacts that they hold. The 105 Mile Roadhouse is open to the public to walk through. Our knowledgeable staff and students will be happy to give you a tour and talk about the house and how it was used then. The 108 Heritage Site runs mainly on donations from guests who appreciate and love the history behind the good old days

Moosehaven Resort and Campground is 12 acres of trees and grassy meadows nestled on the shore of Hathaway Lake in the South Cariboo region of British Columbia. With 9 lakeshore cabins, 30 amp and 50 amp pull-through full-service RV sites, shower and laundry facilities, clean bathrooms, boat launch and boat rentals, kids playground, the only thing missing is you! The great swimming and fishing lake is teaming with Kokanee, Rainbow and Lake trout, as well as Burbout. Open Seasonally from April to November (weather permitting). Please note we have an abundance of wildlife that visits the resort (deer, fox, families of ducks etc), and to maintain this, we do not permit dogs in our campsites or cabins.
