Wolf Valley is a remote retreat, an abundant acreage all surrounded by Crown land and filled with nature, wildlife, solitude. A hidden place in the wilderness of south-central British Columbia which you can explore by foot, bike or on the back of a horse. We are a small all-inclusive guest ranch. Our cabins are discreetly placed around the main lodge overseeing our little lake and grant all the charm of the wild. At Wolf Valley, life is different. Fort Berens Estate Winery is a culmination of the dreams, vision and pioneering spirit of several entrepreneurs. It was founded with a pioneering spirit and forged on the road less traveled. The winery is owned by a team of eight individuals who share a common belief in the incredible winemaking potential of British Columbias Fraser Canyon and a shared vision to make Fort Berens into one of Canadas leading producers of fine wine.

A recently renovated community museum, telling the stories of the Southern Carrier First Nations and the peoples who have settled in the Cariboo in the last 250 years. Listen to stories of Chinese and First Nations Elders at our video stations and meet the residents of the early 20th century through the remarkable portraits of CD. Hoy and C.S. Wing. We have a good selection of history books, clothing, toys, jewelry and housewares. During the Winter Season ( October to April) the museum is only open on Saturday or by appointment.

Founded in 1987, Central Mountain Air (9M) is a Canadian regional airline with operating bases at Calgary International Airport (YYC), Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and Smithers Regional Airport (YYD). It flies to 15 destinations within Alberta and British Columbia. Central Mountain Air has a fleet of 20 aircraft: Three Dornier 328-100 planes that each hold 30 passengers, three Bombardier Dash 8 100 planes that each hold 37 travelers, and 14 Beechcraft 1900D planes that hold 18 passengers each. The carrier also operates charter flights.

Historically, Island Mountain Arts has sought to provide opportunities for the exhibition of professional artists in northern BC, for the benefit of both artists and northern communities. Relative to major urban centres, there have been minimal venues for exhibitions in the north, resulting in limited access to cultural activities for residents of small, isolated, or northern communities. Prior to 1988, Island Mountain Arts occasionally produced professional exhibitions by partnering with venues in Wells such as the Wells-Barkerville School, the Community Hall and the Wells Hotel, to exhibit artwork. With the restoration of the Hill Meat Market building in 1988 and creation of a public gallery, IMA was at last able to provide a secure professional venue for exhibits in Wells.

Lillooet's Historic Home is currently closed due to renovations. Learn about the prominent families who once lived in the heritage house. See Dr. Miyazaki's office just as he left it, museum artifacts, historic photos, antiques, and gift shop. Local art, cultural and community events are held at the house and grounds during the season.
