Little Straw Vineyards is a family-owned estate winery with vineyard plantings dating back to the late-60's. The majority of our wines are made from our estate-grown grapes. We offer an electric array of wine-related condiments, regional literature, and gift items to round out your visit. The Slamkas planted their vineyard in 1969 with the intention of selling grapes to large commercial wineries in the area. By 1996, the three Slamka sons had established their own beautiful winery overlooking the Okanagan lake in West Kelowna. The Sidhu family owners of Kalala Organic Estate Winery they took over ownership in 2021 and have kept the Slamkas legacy alive. They brought Organic farming to Little Straw's Vineyards which added organic certification as one another achievement in Legacy of Little Straw.

A love and appreciation for the craft of making fine wine underscores every detail at Culmina Family Estate Winery and is embedded in all that we do, from the vineyard to the cellar. Our winemaking philosophy revolves around two principles: gentle handling of fruit and minimal intervention of wine. We employ a combination of traditional practices and leading-edge technologies to preserve the beautiful, natural character of our wines. Culmina is located on three spectacular adjoining benches, scouted for its rich vineyard potential and developed from virgin land. The warm, rocky and mineral rich terroir of our Arise Bench vineyard is the ideal site for Bordeaux red varieties and is the source for our flagship wine Hypothesis. Located in the Monashee Mountain range, Sol Mountain provides you with the quintessential BC backcountry lodge experienceQuiet and consistently epic. Our reliable snowpack delivers legendary backcountry ski touring; summers are all-time alpine. From Revelstoke, we are a 20 minute flight away, or a 2.5 hour drive in summer. Its deep, its remote. Family owned and operated by Aaron and Sabine Cooperman, we designed Sol to feel like our home off the grid, with all the comforts. Guests have private rooms, with indoor bathrooms, showers, a dry room for gear, wood-stove heated sauna, yoga and stretching studio. On the main floor is a full kitchen and a stand-up bar where you can lean into apres, stocked with craft beers and a curated selection of VQA BC wines. Micro-hydro keeps the lights on.

Facilities: Public beach, day-use picnic area, flush toilets, change house. Location: Off Hwy 3, in the town of Christina Lake. Christina Lake has a reputation of being one of the warmest lakes in all of Canada and is very popular with families. With its 300 metres of fine sandy beach, people flock to this swimming destination in the summer months. There is no overnight camping at this location. The closest provincial park campground with overnight accommodation is Gladstone (Texas Creek campground), 10 km east of Christina Lake. Nearby provincial campgrounds that should be able to accommodate last-minute campers in July and August include Boundary Creek, Jewel Lake, and Nancy Greene.

We welcome guests for free wine tastings. Guests are also able to purchase locally produced white, red, Rosé, sparkling, Ice wine, and dessert wines including port style wines. Come and join us for a great day. Pick your favorite bottle and feel free to have picnic on our ground with the beautiful view of the lake. (glasses are available for hire free of charge, deposit requires and will be refunded once the glasses are returned in good condition) B&B is also available should you require to stay overnight.

Mabel Lake Golf Course is a 9 hole golf course, designed and built by Les Furber. Our chalet style clubhouse features a fully licensed restaurant & patio, pro shop, plus banquet and meeting facilities. We also offer a variety of accommodation from luxury homes to beachfront cabins and lake view condos. Amenities include free wifi, satellite tv, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, etc. And if you're a pilot, we have a 2900' grass landing strip for your convenience. Everything is only a 5 minute walk away at Mabel Lake: the golf course, vacation rentals, airstrip, marina, campground, beaches, general store and liquor store. Other amenities include daily and weekly golf cart rentals, and boat and kayak rentals.

We are a water bike and beach fun rentals business. Our aim is to provide a unique outdoor experience that is inclusive and leaves no footprint on our beautiful B.C. waters. Our quiet, easy to ride, ecological water bikes are a fresh, fun way to get on the water. We aim to be as green as possible. Please consider walking, taking transit or carpooling to our location.
