In summer- we'll take you paddling anywhere from Gibsons to Pender Harbour, with Sechelt Inlet and Thormanby Island inbetween! In winter we are your Dakota Ridge specialists, offering regular road and trail condition reports, 4x4 winter transportation, and of course rental equipment, tours, and a variety lessons suited to your abilities.

Painted Boat Resort & Marina is the premier resort on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada. Located two hours from Vancouver via BC Ferries from Horseshoe Bay and Highway 1, the Resort is also accessible by seaplane. There's plenty of ready to eat food to keep you satisfied as you listen to live music, enjoy local craftspeople and relax around the stage or the children's sandbox. For a relaxing experience to help you get a good sense of what Powell River community feels like, join us from May-Sept on Saturdays from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and year round on Sundays from 12:30 pm - 2:30pm at 4365 McLeod Road.
