We have plenty of information for communities all over British Columbia. Our Visitor Centre is located in the beautiful Waterwheel Park right in the heart of Chemainus. We are moments away from our world-famous mural project, live theatre productions, carriage rides, beach access, shopping, accommodations, parks, trails, and so much more! Here in Waterwheel Park we provide access to public washrooms, free WIFI, electric vehicle charging stations, faxing services, booking assistance, and an abundance of regional travel information. Start your visit to the Harrison River Valley at the Harrison Visitor Information Centre & Sasquatch Museum! Our friendly staff is here to help you with maps, brochures, and local tips to make the most of your time in the area. While youre here, take a walk through the Sasquatch Museum and discover the stories behind this legendary creature. The exhibits offer a fascinating look at the history, sightings, and cultural significance of the Sasquatch. Whether youre planning an outdoor adventure or just passing through, the Harrison Visitor Information Centre & Sasquatch Museum is a great place to get your bearings and learn a bit of local lore.

The BOLD Street Team provides mobile visitor services by popping up at popular locations and events across Kamloops to assist with information and provide resources to visitors and locals in the city. Our team is made up of tourism ambassadors with a passion for local attractions, outdoor adventures, and more. Keep an eye out for the Tourism Kamloops vehicle and pop-up tourism tent at local hotspots from May-September. Visitor Centre Closed The Kamloops Visitor Centre permanently closed in June 2020. All outdoor facilities – such as EV chargers, sani-dump station, dog run, and picnic benches – are still available for use. For public washrooms and immediate tourist information, please visit the Aberdeen Mall across the street during its hours of operation.

During the autumn and winter months, the Visitor Centre is not staffed. But you will find self-serve information available, such as maps, schedules, visitor tips and more. So be sure to stop by when visiting. The Kitimat Visitor Centre provides tourists and locals with local to National information. We have public washrooms, free Wi-Fi and souvenirs and local crafts for sale. In the summer months we have two adult Norco Fluid 4 HT mid-fat mountain bikes you can rent as well as a fleet of 6 sea kayaks, 2 inflatable kayaks, and two inflatable paddleboards including all safety gear needed for a fun day on the water.

Located on the shores of Kootenay Lake, the Kaslo Visitor Centre is the entry point to board the SS Moyie, the world's oldest, intact passenger sternwheeler and a National Historic Site. Let us at the Kaslo Visitor Centre guide you along your way as you travel through our beautiful province.

Located on beautiful Logan Lake, beside the Meadow Creek Golf Course, we are steps from the Copper Ridge Golf Course, trout fishing, bird watching, walking and bike trails. Being only 1 km from the downtown core, spraypark and playground, we are the perfect stop on your trip!

Our seasonal "Caboose" Mackenzie Visitor Centre is open from May to September and is located at the Junction of Hwy 97 & Hwy 39. Year-round, you can visit the Visitor Centre in the Mackenzie Chamber of Commerce at #11-600 Mackenzie Boulevard, Mackenzie, BC for all of your tourism information and souvenirs. The Port McNeill Harbour Authority is located downtown on the water front, combining beautiful views of the harbour with easy access to the towns local amenities. During winter hours, we are closed during statutory holidays.
