Artique is a co-op gallery of close to 30 Powell River working artists and craftspersons who collectively display their work for sale. These include greeting cards and works on paper, jewellery of metals and precious stones, pottery, soaps and lotions, photography, watercolour, oil, pastel and acrylics on canvas and board, fine textiles, stained glass, glass beads, and wood and stone sculptures.

Established in 2009, Maverick Estate Winery is nestled against the western slope of the South Okanagan Valley on the picturesque "Golden Mile Slopes". Our tasting room is open for personalized wine tastings for limited hours in March and April, daily from May to October, and by appointment November to February. Online reservations are appreciated, and please contact the winery directly for groups over six guests. Castlegar's Golf Club is a championship 18-hole, semi-private course situated above the Columbia River.
