Harrison Country Club RV Resort
Harrison Country Club is a tranquil RV resort located near the beach on the edge of Harrison village's core area. It has 75 serviced RV sites and provides full service, civilised camping with lots of grass, trees and amenities onsite. Having started out as Sasquatch Springs RV Park in 1985, our new name reflects our move towards more long-term stays. Family owned and operated, we do not sell campsites and our resort offers great value in a unique, island-like setting with lots of wildlife. Services include free valet parking, free reservations, coin-op laundry, ice, wifi, rec room, public piano, ducks, local knowledge, bilingual service ( E&F), books, games, firepit, canoes, music and big fun.
Kootenay-Columbia Discovery Centre
The Kootenay-Columbia Discovery Centre offers environmental education programs, events and tours at the Creston Valley Wildlife Management Area (CVWMA). The CVWMA is a 17,000 acre wetland habitat that is internationally recognized as a wetland of importance (Ramsar Site) as well as an Important Bird Area of Canada. Educational initiatives include: school programs, summer nature camps, guided canoe and walking tours, and a variety of special events suitable for people of all ages. Join us seasonally from May-October for programs. Access to trail systems that meander through the wetland is possible year round. Viewing towers and boardwalks provide unique opportunities to explore this magical place.
Revelstoke Museum and Archives
Revelstoke Museum & Archives celebrates Revelstoke and district in a vibrant, interactive museum where all are welcome to participate, to learn, to share, and to explore the history of the region. Learn about how we play and work in the snow, multicultural history, and much more through two floors of exhibits. Browse our Gift Shop where you'll find exclusive brands like Murchie's Tea and Rogers' Chocolates. Vintage ski patches and t-shirts and heritage posters and prints reproduced from the archives. In spring and summer months visit our public garden and picnic area while your children play at the sandbox. Downtown Historic Walking tours and Cemetery Tours can be scheduled by appointment.

Motel 6 Surrey, BC, is visibly located off highway King George Boulevard. We are conveniently near shopping, eateries, and attractions. Newton Wave Pool and Newton Town Center are 1 kilometre away. Visit Bell Performing Arts Centre, White Rock Beach and Pier, or Guilford Town Centre Mall within 13 kilometres. Kettle River Recreation Area
***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** Kettle River Recreation Area and Campground will be fully operational and open as usual on May 6th. The Campground and Day-Use Area was minimally affected by the Rock Creek Fire. Facilities: 113 campsites, 1 large group site, public beach and day-use area, playground, shower, flush toilets, sani-station. Location: 5 km north of Rock Creek on Highway 33. Kettle River Recreation Area is one of the largest and most popular destination family campgrounds in the Okanagan - Boundary Region. Located minutes from amenities in Rock Creek, it is only 45 minutes from Osoyoos and 90 minutes from Kelowna. Campers will want to bring their bikes and floaties! This park offers fantastic biking/hiking opportunities and access to the historic Trans Canada Trail network. A bike pump track was recently added and is a hit with kids of all ages. In the summer months, campers walk their tubes and floaties to the Kettle River that flows alongside the campground, while others enjoy basking on the sandy beaches and swimming in the river. The iconic Kettle River Trestle at the day-use serves as a beautiful backdrop for park users and is a great photo opportunity! Reservations are strongly recommended during peak season, however last-minute campers may be able to find a spot in July and August. Spring and Fall campers enjoy large, sun-filled sites in a peaceful, pristine setting. Firewood and ice are available for sale at the Host Site. Open from the first weekend in May through the last weekend in September.

David was working at Mistaya from day one and took over ownership in 2003. We host small groups of no more that 14 guests at a time.
