2025 Season runs MAY 17th to SEPTEMBER 14th! Join Wild Water Adventures on the famous KICKING HORSE RIVER and experience the best whitewater in the region! Choose from fun & splashy Class II/III rapids or more challenging (and bigger!) Class IV rapids for an adrenaline-pumping adventure. Guests need only bring a bathing suit and towel; top-quality wetsuits, neoprene booties & gloves, spray jackets, life jackets and helmets are provided. Our River Base offers heated indoor change rooms and spacious covered decks for enjoying views of the river and mountains. Conveniently located on TransCanada Hwy #1; 45 minutes west of Lake Louise. Enjoy the restored Tram Car 1220, originally built in 1912, and the largest artefact in the City of Richmonds museum collection. Housed in a building inspired by the architecture of the first Steveston tram station, Tram Car 1220 now rests on its original rail tracks. Nicknamed the Sockeye Special, the interurban tram service carried workers from Vancouver to Steveston to work in the canneries, from 1905 to 1958.

Crowsnest Vineyards was purchased by the Heinecke family in 1985 when the Winery, Restaurant and Guesthouse were launched.
