Welcome to one of the Cariboo's gems, Martens Resort and RV Park on beautiful Timothy Lake! Our campground is spread over 15 acres and enjoys 1100 feet of shoreline. Explore the fully restored and furnished late Victorian London Farm House (1898), illustrating rural life in Richmond between 1890 and 1920. London Farm is one of the earliest farm sites in Richmond, and features the home of Charles and Henrietta London, who built a small house on site in 1898 and then added to it in 1906. The farm produced dairy products, oats, wheat barley, fruit from an orchard and vegetables. This riverfront land became known as Londons landing and a wharf was built on the property to provide greater access to the river to send farm products to market. Today, visitors can enjoy beautiful heritage perennial flowers, a kitchen and herb garden, an outside exhibit of large, antique farm equipment and chickens.

Two waterfront cabins & a one-bedroom suite on a half acre property on the Ucluelet harbour waterfront. Each unit sleeps 2 with a Queen bed. The cabins have kitchenettes & a deck with BBQ & 2-person Jacuzzi soaker tub. The suite has a full kitchen, a deck with BBQ & exclusive use of a hot tub. Breakfast supplies are provided in each unit, and all 3 units are pet-friendly. Our beach is perfect to launch a kayak or canoe. Lots of wildlife including deer, racoons, sea lions, river otters & Bald eagles; a Blue Heron frequents the rocks off our beach regularly. A few times a year a group of transient Orcas come into the harbor & swim right past our property!
