Township 7 Vineyards & Winery (Naramata Bench)
Whats our story? Our Langley winery was where it all started, but this is where it all happens! The story of our Okanagan winery might start with a tasting in our wine shop, and a friendly conversation over a few sips as you learn about our history on the Naramata Bench. We are a working winery and there will be no mistaking that fact when you come and visit. Take a look around back and you are very likely to see our winemaker Mary McDermott at work. Our goal? A warm welcome. Our desire? Constant elevation of the senses and the experience of wine, and a future memory that begins with, "Do you remember when we tasted that wine?". Our staff are here to start you on a journey to get to know us, our wines, everything we love about wine. Now that you've discovered Township 7 Vineyards & Winery, we're sure you'll become a part of our own band of wine lovers, and we'll see you and share a glass...soon.

History Walks in Vancouver with James Johnstone
Vancouvers old houses and the stories of the people who built and lived in them are my passion. My History Walks through Vancouvers heritage neighbourhoods: the East End/Strathcona, West End, Mount Pleasant, Grandview & Cedar Cottage, are a culmination of over two decades working as a house genealogist. During that time I produced in-depth histories of over 800 Vancouver houses. People call me the House Whisperer. My blog, When An Old House Whispers is followed by people in over 70 countries world wide. If you like walking through and photographing historic neighbourhoods, if you ever wanted to time travel, if you are curious to uncover the mysteries hidden behind the doors of old houses, if you have an ear for old-timers stories, my History Walks are for you! Each tour lasts 2.5 to 3 hours. Check my website for the content, cost, departure times and locations of my scheduled tours. E-mail me if you would like more info or to book a private tour in English, Italian or Japanese.
